Candidate privacy

We use the information you submit to assess your application, communicate with you and manage recruitment. Talent Network profiles help us contact specialists when a relevant requirement arises.

What we collect

Contact details, professional experience, CVs, portfolio links, your answers and availability. We also record recruitment status and internal review notes. We do not ask for identity documents or bank details in this application.

Who can access it

Authorised EVMT recruitment staff can review profiles and download CVs. Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate this service. Internal notes are not displayed to candidates.

Drafts and measurement

You may opt to save an application draft in this browser tab. It expires after 24 hours and is cleared after submission. Files are never saved in browser storage. First-party events record form steps, job views and traffic source without sending your answers to advertising platforms.

Your choices

To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion of your recruitment data, contact connect@eagleviewmediatech.com. Include your application reference where available. We retain recruitment data only while needed for its recruitment purpose and applicable obligations; withdrawal requests are handled by a person.

Joining the network does not guarantee projects. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview. Hiring decisions remain with people.
